When you place an order through the Site, we will maintain your Order Information for our records unless and until you ask us to delete this information.

GIFT CARDS

we have two options for gift cards, virtual or physical. If you want to purchase a gift card and redeem it IN-STORE please contact us on the chat option, let us know the amount you would like to purchase, and we will create a gift card that can be purchased and redeemed all online and then picked up at the requested location.

Shipping price will vary depending on insurance charges for item. These prices are for insurance purchased on said item so that the buyer and seller be protected in case of lost or damaged items. 

DAMAGED ITEM

If an item arrives damaged, please contact us at Goodxhabits@gmail.com. We will ask for photos of item and box that it was delivered in so that we may file a claim. 

 CANCELATION

you have 3 days to cancel an order. If order is shipped, you have 15 days to return products in the same condition they were in when shipped to you.

Any smoking devices that have been used (even once)
Anything that we sell included in these collections: Rigs, Pipes, Sherlocks, Spoons, Glass Accessories
Gift cards

Sale items (if applicable) Cannot be refunded.

 

If any items are returned, please contact ahead of time. We will require box to be labeled with invoice number.

We are not held responsible for Return Label.

If you are returning a product over $50, we recommend having a tracking number or purchasing shipping insurance (We can't guarantee we will receive your item)
